Bayda: The local authority leadership in Bayda governorate mourned on Friday Hatem Mohsen Abu Hatem al-Khawlani, Director of al-Sawma'ah district, who passed away after a life of service.
According to Yemen News Agency, a statement praised his dedication to development and public service and his commitment to his duties, noting that the governorate has lost a sincere and devoted leader.
The authority extended condolences to his family, praying for Allah's mercy and comfort for his loved ones.
