Capital sana'a: Celebrations commemorating Prophet's Birthday in Al-Sabeen district
Al-Sabeen District in the Capital Sana'a witnessed on Monday celebratory evenings commemorating the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), as part of the activities and events preparing for the major central celebration.
According to Yemen News Agency, the district's Endowments and Guidance Office organized a cultural celebration for the occasion, attended by Dr. Qais Al-Tal, head of the Guidance Sector in the Sana'a Municipality, and a number of executive leaders and social figures. Speeches at the celebration highlighted the greatness and significance of the birth of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers in the hearts of Yemenis, emphasizing that following the example of the Prophet and adhering to his righteous path represents the nation's strong defense against challenges and conspiracies.
The statement called for strengthening social solidarity and mobilizing for the grand central event in Al-Sabeen Square, out of love and reverence for the best of God's creation and the master of humanity, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
Al-Sabeen district also concluded its preparatory activities for the massive and dignified gathering in Al-Sabeen Square with a number of celebratory evenings organized by residents of Al-Taawun Al-Arabi neighborhood in Al-Qadisiyah Al-Janoubiya district, Birk Bin Hajjaj and Palestine, Al-Safa in Attan district, Qarman Al-Sufla in Beit Al-Afif district, Al-Jara'a district, and the Martyr Al-Mahatori Center.
These concluding evenings witnessed a large official and public turnout and included speeches and cultural presentations that emphasized the greatness of the occasion and the exalted status of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, in the hearts and minds of the Yemeni people, and the deep connection to his noble life. The speeches called upon all residents of Al-Sabeen district to participate in large numbers in the grand central event in Al-Sabeen Square to celebrate the Prophet's birthday in a manner befitting the occasion's grandeur.
