Sana'a: Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled al-Hawali chaired a meeting on Tuesday to discuss strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Civil Service and the Public Electricity Corporation.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, which included Ali al-Kebsi, Deputy Minister for Public Employment Affairs, and Dr. Meshail al-Rifi, Director of the Electricity Corporation, focused on addressing workforce imbalances at the Corporation and ensuring the integration of employee data into the Ministry's central database.
A joint team from the Ministry, the General Insurance Authority, and the Electricity Corporation was formed to study existing issues and propose solutions.
Dr. al-Hawali commended the resilience of the Electricity Corporation's staff in continuing to provide services despite challenges, emphasizing the importance of ongoing coordination to improve collaboration between both entities.
