Sana'a: Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled al-Hawali met with Deputy Assistant Director of the Prime Minister's Office for Planning Affairs Ali al-Mutamayiz to review the ministry's emergency plan and projects, aligning them with leadership priorities and directives.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister al-Hawali emphasized the ministry's commitment to national priorities and providing optimal citizen services through the implementation of a Service Delivery Guide, streamlining procedures, and ensuring agency adherence to service guidelines.
He highlighted the importance of connecting public service units to the ministry's network and establishing a unified platform for transaction processing. This includes comprehensive service platforms at the governorate branch level, aiming to deliver efficient and expedited services.
Al-Mutamayiz praised the Civil Service Ministry's efforts, particularly during the current phase, and the ongoing transition to institutional work and the completion of integration committees across state institutions.
