Sana'a: The "Greatest Messenger" football tournament competitions concluded today in Nihm District, Sana'a Governorate. The tournament was organized by the Youth and Sports Office, the Youth Unit, the Mobilization Office, and the local authority in the district, on the occasion of the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (Mawlid al-Nabawi), under the slogan "Here I am, O Messenger of God."
According to Yemen News Agency, the tournament, which lasted 14 days, featured the participation of eight sports teams, under the supervision of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate, with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Youth and Children Care Fund.
In the final match, which brought together the Al-Falah School team and Al-Nasr (Victory) team, the latter won by three goals to two, clinching the tournament cup.
At the conclusion of the tournament, attended by the Director of Youth and Sports in the district, Nayef Al-Faraji, the principal of Al-Falah School, and sports activities officials, the Al-Nasr team was honored with the tournament cup and gold medals, while the Al-Falah School team received silver medals.
