Conclusion of Summer Course Activities Celebrated in Amran Districts

Amran: The districts of Harf Sufyan and Bakil Al-Sawad in the Amran Governorate witnessed a significant scout parade and celebratory festival on Thursday, marking the conclusion of the 1447 AH summer courses and activities under the theme 'Knowledge and Jihad.'

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by notable figures including Governor Dr. Faisal Jaaman, Governorate Mobilization Official Sajjad Hamza, Initiatives Director Eng. Hashem Al-Raidi, and Executive Unit Director Salah Al-Qahoum, alongside various executive, social, security, mobilization, and educational leaders. Students involved in the summer courses showcased an impressive scout performance, reflecting the discipline, organization, and skills acquired throughout the summer programs.

The scout parade highlighted the extensive support and interest the summer courses received, presenting a visual display of students' physical fitness, scouting, and cultural skills. These performances embodied the educational and spiritual goals of the summer courses, aimed at preparing a conscious generation enriched with knowledge, Quranic culture, and moral values.

Governor Jaaman lauded the success of the summer courses in Harf Sufyan, Bakil Al-Sawad, and other districts, recognizing them as crucial educational strategies for preparing young people with a Quranic approach and Islamic values. He emphasized the courses' role in building a knowledgeable generation equipped with insight and awareness.

Governor Jaaman also noted the significant contribution of official and community interaction to the success of the summer schools. This support helped achieve the goals of safeguarding children from misleading cultures and foreign ideas, protecting them from moral deviation and soft warfare, and strengthening their faith-based identity and connection to Quranic culture.

The Amran governor highlighted that the celebration of the summer courses' conclusion, along with honoring students and teachers and organizing scout parades, reflects the quality outcomes achieved by the summer schools and the efforts of teachers and organizers. He explained that the graduation of summer course students symbolizes a celebration of the 'Generation of the Quran,' on whom the nation relies to carry responsibility and shape the future through their awareness and Quranic culture.

Governor Jaaman expressed pride in the level of discipline, interaction, and scientific, cultural, and physical capabilities demonstrated by the students this year. He stressed that the courses' outcomes embody a vision of building an aware and resilient generation capable of confronting challenges while remaining committed to the nation's principles and major causes. He urged students to apply the knowledge, skills, and positive behaviors acquired into practical reality, benefiting their academic and social lives and contributing to serving society and preserving national, faith-based values and principles.
