Sanaa: The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights in Sana'a concluded a five-day training course targeting 31 clerks from the writing offices of the courts in the Capital Secretariat. The course aimed to equip participants with skills in the procedures for lawsuits and appeals, both in writing and electronically, working with the electronic judicial system, registering and archiving files, thereby enhancing accuracy, speed, and transparency.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Minister, Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami, affirmed that the course is part of the development and digital transformation plan to improve performance efficiency and reduce burdens on litigants. The Head of the Endowments Authority, Allama Abdulmajid Al-Houthi, stressed linking development to the values of trustworthiness and justice. At the conclusion, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the trainers and participants.
