Sa'ada: The Office of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance and the Scholars Unit in Sa'ada Governorate organized a cultural event commemorating the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (may the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family). During the event, a member of the Yemeni Scholars League, Allamah Ahmed Al-Hadi, considered the commemoration of the Mawlid al-Nabawi a spiritual station to draw lessons from the life of the Chosen One (PBUH) and to follow his path in confronting the challenges facing the nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, Allamah Al-Hadi emphasized the importance of entrenching jihadist concepts and Muhammadan values in the hearts of students and youth, as they are the nation's hope for building and change. He pointed to the religious responsibility of all toward the nation, the Palestinian cause, supporting the oppressed, standing with truth in emulation of the Messenger of God (PBUH), and confronting tyrants and oppressors.
Allamah Al-Hadi drew a comparison between the state of the nation before and after the birth of the Chosen One (PBUH). He noted the division, ignorance, and injustice that prevailed, as his birth represented a historical turning point that brought about a civilizational and moral transformation that changed the course of history and entrenched the values of justice, equality, and knowledge.
He called for wide participation and mobilization for the central event on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal to express love for the noble Prophet and as a practical response to the repeated insults against the noblest Messenger and the nation's sanctities.
