Capital secretariat: A six-day training course on legal petition drafting skills concluded on Thursday in the Capital Secretariat.

According to Yemen News Agency, the course was organized by the General Administration for Development Research and Training. It was designed to enhance the capacities of 35 male and female trainees working across the legal sector at the Secretariat's headquarters, executive offices, and districts. The primary focus was on developing the participants' abilities to prepare and draft a variety of legal petitions, as well as improving their skills in presenting legal facts precisely and professionally, thereby contributing to greater efficiency and higher-quality outputs in government entities.

Throughout the course, participants received a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical training. The curriculum covered the principles of sound legal drafting, structuring petitions within legal frameworks, and systematically formulating claims and defenses. This approach ensured that trainees considered both formal and substantive aspects of legal petitions, equipping them with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
