Muscat: The administration of the fishing port in the coastal city of Al-Khawbah in Al-Luhayyah district of Al-Hudaydah governorate, in collaboration with the Maritime Security Center at the port affiliated with the Coast Guard Authority and the branch of the Tihama Coast Fisheries Cooperative Association, organized a cultural evening on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday anniversary for the year 1448 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by the port director, Mohammed Al-Tawil, and the deputy port director, Anwar Hassan, who emphasized the significance of commemorating this religious occasion. Hassan highlighted the importance of drawing lessons from the Prophet's life and the values and principles that contributed to the foundation of the Islamic faith.
The evening was also attended by the district's Youth and Sports director, Mohammed Qayqab, Sheikh Omar Dows, representatives of the Coast Guard at the port, the Tihama Coast Association branch, military and security leaders, and a gathering of fishermen. The event featured poetic and choral segments that expressed joy at the celebration of the Prophet's birthday anniversary.
