Al-durayhimi: General Mobilization of the Naval Forces in the Al-Ta'if and Al-Nakhilah areas on the western coast of Al-Durayhimi district, Al-Hudaydah province, organized a cultural and oratorical evening to commemorate Yawm al-Wilayah (Day of Guardianship), under the slogan "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."

According to Yemen News Agency, the evening featured speeches emphasizing the importance of the occasion in strengthening faith-based loyalty and recalling the virtues of Imam Ali, who is seen as the true extension of the message of the Prophet Muhammad. The significance of the principle of guardianship (wilayah), proclaimed by the Noble Messenger at Ghadir Khumm, was highlighted as a safeguard against hegemony and subservience to Jews and Christians.

Speakers at the event noted that the current conspiracy and cultural invasion faced by the nation result from the absence of the true concept of wilayah, which has been replaced with loyalty to tyrants and enemies of Islam. This makes the commemoration of Yawm al-Wilayah a religious necessity.

The speeches further described wilayah as a source of the nation's dignity and independence, suggesting that following the path of Imam Ali and emulating him is the way to achieve victory and honor. The event, attended by the director of Al-Durayhimi district, Mohammed Al-Musai, the guidance official, Ismail Maqbool, and several social figures and local and military leaders, included cultural segments and poems that expressed the importance of the occasion for Yemenis and their historical connection to the path of wilayah.
