Sana'a: Cultural evenings were held today in the sub-districts of Shaker, Beit Marran, and Bani Hakam in the Arhab District of Sana'a Governorate. The events commemorated the "Day of Criterion" (the Great Battle of Badr) and the martyrdom of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, while reaffirming solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to Yemen News Agency, the events were attended by Governorate Undersecretary Mohsen Abu Hadi and local mobilization officials. The speeches focused on lessons from the Battle of Badr. Deputy Mobilization Official Kathir Al-Ubaidi emphasized the necessity of continued recruitment and readiness for "direct confrontation" with American and Israeli forces.

Participants reflected on the heroic stances of Imam Ali in support of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Speakers underscored the importance of emulating the Imam's piety and asceticism, renewing their "loyalty" (Wilayah) to his path and the current revolutionary leadership.

The events served as a platform to call for heightened mobilization in support of the Iranian and Lebanese peoples against global "tyranny." Speakers stressed that strengthening domestic resilience is the only way to thwart plots aimed at plundering the nation's resources.

A unique focus was placed on the "agricultural front," urging the community to enhance local farming. Additionally, parents were encouraged to enroll youth in upcoming summer courses after Eid al-Fitr to fortify them with "faith-based identity" and counter "destructive ideologies."

The evenings featured cultural performances, chants, and a poem by Bilal Sawa, with several executive office directors and social figures from the Arhab district in attendance.
