Marib: Al-Hasm Brigades in Sirwah District, Marib Governorate, organized a cultural and oratory event on Wednesday to celebrate the anniversary of Prophet Muhammad's birthday. The event saw the participation of military and mobilization leaders who gathered to mark this significant occasion.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Director of Public Mobilization in Sirwah, Saeed Omeir, underscored the importance of commemorating the birth of the Prophet, an event that holds a special place in the hearts of Yemenis and Muslims worldwide. He pointed out that this occasion serves as a unifying religious event for all Muslims and highlighted the continued role of the descendants of the Ansar, supporters of the Prophet in Medina, in upholding the Prophet's message globally.

Cultural activist Mohammed Al-Wasa'a addressed the gathering, stating that the celebration of this religious anniversary sends a message to the enemies of Islam, showcasing the deep bond Yemenis share with the Prophet of Mercy. He remarked that this celebration acts as a practical response to repeated offenses against Islamic sanctities. Al-Wasa'a further reviewed the Prophet's perseverance and steadfastness in delivering his message, emphasizing the valuable lessons in resisting tyranny and championing truth. He drew parallels with the Ansar in Medina, noting that just as they supported and sheltered the Prophet, Yemen today stands in solidarity with the oppressed in Palestine, reflecting steadfastness in values and principles.
