Dhamar: The education, technical, and vocational training sectors, along with affiliated institutes in Dhamar governorate, organized a speech event to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
According to Yemen News Agency, Ahmed Al-Jarfi, head of the governorate's Technical and Vocational Training Sector, described the Prophet's birthday as an educational and spiritual occasion. He emphasized the importance of learning from the life of the Prophet Muhammad and following his path. Al-Jarfi also highlighted the event's significance in Islamic history and the Yemeni tradition of commemorating this occasion, which reflects the deep admiration Yemenis have for the Prophet.
Al-Jarfi urged participants to use the occasion to reinforce the values and principles taught by the Prophet Muhammad. He encouraged the strengthening of brotherhood and solidarity, and the embodiment of the Prophet's message of mercy through both words and actions.
Abdullatif Al-Khalqi, head of the Education Division in the governorate's Education Sector, also spoke at the event. He reviewed aspects of the Prophet's life, character, achievements, and the values in his message. Al-Khalqi stressed the importance of the commemoration to deepen future generations' connection to the Prophet. He encouraged instilling the Prophet's noble character and virtues, promoting justice, supporting truth and the oppressed, and confronting tyranny.
