Raymah: The education, technical education, College of Education and Applied Sciences, and literacy sectors in Raymah governorate organized a speech event on Wednesday to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).

According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, Secretary-General of the Governorate Local Council Hassan Al-Omari stressed the importance of commemorating the occasion to reflect on the life, virtues, and morals of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and to draw lessons in patience, steadfastness, resilience, and struggle in confronting enemies.

He highlighted the importance of awareness and insight in addressing the challenges and conspiracies targeting the Yemeni people and the nation under various pretexts in service of what he described as forces of tyranny and global arrogance. He also called for broad participation in the central celebration to be held in the governorate capital, Al-Jabin.

For his part, Governorate Technical Education Official Abdul Bari Al-Hasani said that the commemoration of the Prophet's Birthday for the year 1448 AH comes as the Yemeni people and their leadership continue what he described as the battle for liberation, independence, and ending the aggression and blockade.

He called on all education sector institutions across the governorate and its districts to actively participate in the occasion by organizing school events and activities and ensuring broad participation in the central celebration.
