Dhamar: The Education Sector in Dhamar Governorate launched the supplementary examinations for ninth-grade basic education certificate students across the governorate's districts.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Head of the Governorate's Education Sector, Ali Al-Amadi, confirmed the Ministry of Education's commitment to allowing students the opportunity to retake one or two subjects, following approved regulations. This initiative aims to enable students to proceed with their secondary or vocational education this year. Al-Amadi emphasized the importance of students working diligently and adhering to examination rules and instructions.
Director of the Governorate's Examinations Department, Samir Al-Harbi, announced that 3,746 students are participating in the supplementary exams. These exams are being conducted at 13 examination centers across the governorate.
In the meantime, district education officials, during their visits to examination centers, highlighted the importance of examination committees adhering to the approved examination plan and ensuring a conducive environment for students taking the supplementary exams.
