Sana'a: The committee tasked with drafting the regulations for international bidding in the petroleum sector discussed the final draft of the regulations at its meeting today, chaired by the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir. The meeting comes as part of the Ministry's efforts to complete the modernization of the regulatory and legislative framework governing investment operations in the oil and gas sector, in order to keep pace with economic changes and enhance the investment environment in the Republic of Yemen.
