Al-dhale': The Acting Governor of Al-Dhale', Abdul Latif Al-Shughdari, engaged in a meeting with the Head of the Grievance Redress Authority Branch, Abdulrahman Al-Wajeeh, to deliberate on the branch's performance and the challenges impeding its workflow.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Shughdari stressed the necessity of coordination between the branch and judicial, security, and other relevant authorities within the governorate. This coordination is vital for facilitating the efficient handling of cases and grievances submitted to the branch. Al-Shughdari also acknowledged the role of the Grievance Redress Authority in addressing the concerns and complaints of citizens.
Abdulrahman Al-Wajeeh, Head of the Grievance Redress Authority Branch, expressed gratitude for the support and oversight provided by the governorate's leadership and the local authorities. He also reviewed the cases that have been successfully resolved and those that are currently under consideration.
