Sanaa: The Eye of Humanity Center for Rights and Development issued statistics on Wednesday regarding the crimes committed by the Saudi-Zionist-American aggression over 3,800 days of conflict against Yemen. The center highlighted the extensive human and infrastructural toll the aggression has taken on the country.
According to Yemen News Agency, the statistics revealed a total of 53,264 civilian casualties, with 19,282 martyrs and 33,982 wounded during the prolonged aggression. The data further detailed that among the casualties were 4,225 children who lost their lives and 6,267 who were wounded. In terms of male casualties, 12,518 were martyred, while 25,561 sustained injuries.
The Eye of Humanity Center also reported the impact on women, with 2,539 martyred and 3,154 injured over the 3,800 days. The aggression's extensive targeting included 15 airports, 16 ports, and numerous other critical infrastructure points such as 458 power stations and generators, 713 communication networks, and 3,536 water tanks and stations.
The statistics underscored the widespread destruction of Yemen's infrastructure, with 2,402 government facilities, 8,701 roads and bridges, 460 factories, 608 fuel tankers, and 15,644 commercial establishments affected. The aggression also targeted 522 poultry and livestock farms, 11,820 vehicles, 569 fishing boats, 1,126 food warehouses, 546 fuel stations, 723 markets, and 1,425 food trucks.
The Eye of Humanity Center explained that over the 3,800 days, the aggression damaged 620,582 homes, 194 university facilities, 1,965 mosques, 419 tourist facilities, 460 hospitals and health facilities, 1,451 schools and educational facilities, 13,899 agricultural fields, 153 sports facilities, 290 archaeological sites, and 72 media facilities.
