Field Committee Reviews Administrative, Development Performance in Al-Manakhah District

Sana'a: A field oversight committee in Sana'a governorate, led by Secretary-General of the Local Council Abdulqader al-Jailani, conducted a comprehensive review of the performance of the local authority and executive offices in the Manakhah district. The committee's focus was on assessing administrative conditions, service delivery, development activities, and the effectiveness of executive and security offices, while also identifying the obstacles impeding project implementation and public services.

According to Yemen News Agency, the committee, during its visit, engaged in an expanded meeting with district officials, executive office representatives, security leaders, and social figures. The discussions centered on institutional performance and the challenges faced by government facilities, along with exploring ways to enhance services and address existing shortcomings.

The meeting participants analyzed reports detailing achievements and difficulties encountered by sectors such as water, roads, health, education, agriculture, and community initiatives. They highlighted the necessity to prioritize the urgent needs of citizens and to bolster community involvement in development efforts.

Al-Jailani stressed the significance of unifying the efforts of official bodies and the community to surmount difficulties, enhance service performance, and support rural development initiatives in crucial sectors. He also urged for strengthened cooperation between authorities and local communities, alongside an increase in mobilization and preparedness activities across villages and subdistricts to tackle current challenges and emergency needs.
