Sanaa: Foreign Minister and Expatriates Jamal Amer reviewed the workflow at the Expatriates Sector today, engaging directly with citizens to assess the current state of services and responsiveness to their concerns.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Amer held discussions with several citizens who have ongoing transactions, seeking their feedback on service levels and the handling of complaints. In response to the feedback, Minister Amer instructed officials to incorporate constructive remarks made by the citizens and emphasized the importance of streamlining procedures and improving service efficiency. This initiative aims to ensure that the services reflect the significant role expatriates play in supporting local development.
Minister Amer highlighted the exceptional focus the Expatriates Sector receives from the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, who regards expatriates as vital to national development. Supporting this sector is identified as a top priority in the Government of Change and Building's agenda. Continuous efforts are being made to address the challenges faced by expatriates.
Attendees of the meeting expressed their satisfaction with Minister Amer's engagement, noting the evident advancements and enhancements in the sector's performance.
