Hodeida:Governor Abdullah Atifi inspected the operations and quality of medical services at Al-Thawra General Hospital Authority in Hodeida.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Governor was briefed by the Authority's Chairman, Dr. Khaled Suhail, about efforts to enhance hospital services in the recently liberated districts of Hays and Al-Khawkhah. Among these efforts was a free medical camp in Hays that provided various healthcare services to approximately 4,000 individuals. Additionally, two medical teams in Al-Khawkhah District served around 4,500 individuals, contributing to the activation of medical services at Al-Khawkhah Hospital.
Governor Atifi praised the hospital's commitment to improving healthcare in the liberated districts and acknowledged the dedication of the medical teams. He also discussed future medical plans with the hospital's leadership to expand healthcare services and improve patient care.
Dr. Suhail expressed appreciation for the Governor's visit and commitment to the health sector, highlighting the Authority's efforts to enhance services in Hays and Al-Khawkhah as part of its national and humanitarian responsibilities. The Chairman affirmed the Authority's ongoing dedication to improving medical services across the governorate.
