Hajjah: The people of Hajjah governorate took to 301 squares on Friday in solidarity with the Palestinian people and steadfastness with Gaza under the slogan, 'Steadfast with Gaza - we do not fear threats nor are we intimidated by conspiracies.'
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the marches across districts of the city, Sharafayn, Tihama, and A'ham carried Palestinian and Yemeni flags, alongside banners denouncing the enemies of Islam. They chanted slogans of dignity and pride, reaffirming their principled and humanitarian stance in defense of Gaza and its people.
The crowds strongly condemned the crimes committed by the Israeli enemy in Gaza, including bombings and starvation, and denounced the Saudi regime's support for Israel. The marches, led by Governor Hilal Al-Soufi, the Secretary-General of the Local Council Ismail Al-Muhaim, provincial deputies, and the head of mobilization, affirmed continued support for the Palestinian resistance and for the oppressed and vulnerable in Gaza.
The people of Hajjah chanted slogans such as: 'God destined us for dignity, and dignity lies in supporting Gaza,' 'Had we returned to the Book of God, we would have defeated the enemies of God,' 'Whoever fears to struggle will be trampled tomorrow while watching,' 'Rise, O free people of the world, Gaza's tragedy is deepening,' and 'The stance of Egypt and Al Saud supports the Jewish project.'
The marches, attended by local, executive, mobilization, and social leaders, declared defiance of the American and Israeli enemies and readiness to make every sacrifice in defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque and in support of Gaza, its martyrs, and its people. Participants reaffirmed adherence to the Muhammadan path, loyalty and devotion to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), his household, and the Imams of guidance, pledging to follow the light and mercy of the Messenger in all aspects of life and to continue standing with the oppressed.
A statement issued during the marches renewed the call to the Islamic nation to return sincerely to the Holy Qur'an, which has the power to dispel the darkness of Zionist and satanic falsehoods. The statement reaffirmed the steadfast stance in support of Gaza, Palestine, and the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Islamic sanctities, while denouncing the open support of certain Arab regimes for Israel, which it described as a major factor behind the continuation of genocide in Gaza.
It stressed that this Arab support has emboldened Israel to announce more dangerous schemes under the banner of 'Greater Israel,' targeting Yemen and other nations ruled by pro-Israel regimes, including the Saudi regime that supplies weapons and resources to Israel, seeks to strip Palestinian and Lebanese resistance of their arms, and the Egyptian regime that engages in deals with Israel, among others.
The statement further condemned Israel's declaration, with U.S. backing, of a new phase of brutal aggression against Gaza, adding: 'We stand firmly with the resistance fighters who are inflicting heavy losses on the Zionist enemy, and we pray for their continued victory.' It also praised the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces in the sea and deep inside occupied territories, calling for further escalation, innovation, and development.
Finally, the statement urged the peoples of the Islamic nation and the free people of the world to support the Palestinian, Lebanese resistance and to confront plots that target the entire nation, warning against the most dangerous scheme of all - the so-called 'Greater Israel.'
