Hisn District Revives Prophet’s Birthday with Cultural Forum and Light Parade

Sana'a: The Guidance Sector in the Hisn Directorate in Sana'a Governorate organized a cultural symposium to commemorate the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday. Held in the village of Hasan, in the isolation of Tawar, the event celebrated the legacy of the Prophet, highlighting his impact on Islamic civilization and unity among Muslims.

According to Yemen News Agency, Abdullah Al-Sufi, the Directorate's Guidance Officer, spoke at the symposium about the esteemed place the Prophet holds in the hearts of Muslims. He emphasized the importance of this occasion in promoting unity and brotherhood. Al-Sufi also encouraged widespread participation in the upcoming central event on the twelfth of Rabi` al-Awwal.

Cultural activist Ahmed Kiran reviewed key moments from the Prophet's life, discussing how the Muhammadiyah message influenced transformative changes in the history of the nation. He noted that celebrating the Prophet's birth strengthens believers' ties with him and is seen as a blessed act rewarded by Allah. Kiran also mentioned that this occasion serves as an opportunity to renew one's covenant with Allah and reflect on the profound lessons from the Prophet's life.

The symposium was attended by Ayman Al-Dahouma, the mobilization official for the isolation, along with several social figures. In addition to the symposium, the residents of Tawar organized a light parade featuring cars and motorcycles. Participants traversed various streets and villages, expressing their love and admiration for the Great Prophet and warmly welcoming the anniversary of his birth.
