Taiz: The Youth and Sports Office of Taiz Governorate honored on Monday 83 memorisers of the Holy Quran at Martyr Abdulwahab Al-Shawesh School in Al-Taiziyah District.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the ceremony, the Director of the Youth and Sports Office, Saeed Al-Sanafi, congratulated the Huffaz on memorizing the Noble Quran. He commended the knowledge they have acquired, which equips them to face challenges and serve both the nation and the community.
Al-Sanafi emphasized the importance of memorizing and reciting the Quran, highlighting its role in protecting individuals from misleading cultures and destructive ideas. He further noted that honoring the Huffaz at Al-Shawesh School is an annual tradition. This event is part of the preparations for the holy month of Ramadan, aiming to encourage students to recite and memorize the Quran.
