Ibb: The leadership of the local authority and the executive office in Ibb governorate dispatched a diverse support convoy on Wednesday for the heroic armed forces personnel stationed on the West Coast front. The convoy comprised dozens of head of cattle and sheep, alongside various quantities of food supplies.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the handover of the convoy, Ibb Governor Abdul-Wahid Salah emphasized that dispatching this convoy represents the least that can be offered in appreciation of the sacrifices made by those stationed on various fronts. He expressed gratitude and recognition for the victories achieved and the steadfastness and courage demonstrated in confronting the hostile mobilizations of the aggression forces on the West Coast front.
He noted that this initiative serves as an expression of loyalty to the fighters and appreciation for their sacrifices in defense of the homeland. He affirmed that the people of Ibb Governorate would continue to stand by the armed forces and support the fighters, thereby bolstering their resilience and performance of duties across various fronts.
Governor Salah pointed out that the achievements on the West Coast front represent a significant turning point in the course of the confrontation. He stressed the importance of maintaining steadfastness and readiness to face challenges, safeguarding national sovereignty, and defending Yemeni territory.
He called for strengthening public and official solidarity and continuing to dispatch convoys and initiatives to support the fighters. Such actions embody the stance of the governorate's residents and their engagement with various national issues, while boosting the morale of the fighters at their positions. The Governor of Ibb congratulated the revolutionary and political leadership on the victory achieved on the West Coast front, emphasizing the importance of continuing to support the fighters stationed at the front lines and reinforcing their steadfastness and resilience.
During the handover ceremony, attended by Shura Council member Khalil Al-Tuwaiti, Deputy Governors Abdul-Wahid Al-Marou'i and Dr. Ashraf Al-Mutawakkil, and the Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Khalid, Mobilization Official Abdul-Fattah Ghallab praised the initiative taken by the local authority leadership and the executive office in Ibb Governorate to dispatch the convoy. He described the move as an expression of loyalty and appreciation for the efforts and sacrifices made by the fighters across various fronts.
Ghallab underscored the importance of sustaining community and official initiatives to support the fighters and integrating efforts to bolster steadfastness and morale. He also highlighted the role played by the armed forces in confronting hostile troop buildups on the West Coast front.
He affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces remain committed to confronting the enemy's conspiracies and military buildups, noting that the battle for the West Coast has demonstrated the high level of readiness, organization, armament, and combat capability possessed by the armed forces.
