Ibn Habtoor and Al Nuaimi Unveil Al-Razi University’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan

Sana'a: The second strategy of Al-Razi University for 2025-2030 was inaugurated in Sana'a, witnessed by members of the Supreme Political Council, Abdulaziz bin Habtoor and Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, alongside several official leaders.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event also marked the commencement of the campus and teaching hospital projects, with a budget allocation of $21 million (11.2 billion riyals). Bin Habtoor highlighted the university's commitment to expansion and development, acknowledging its accomplishments over the past decade. Al-Razi University has successfully implemented 87% of its initial strategic plan and is recognized among the top five universities in Yemen.

The university has excelled in offering bachelor's and master's programs, with 42 and 14 programs respectively, graduating over 10,000 students and publishing 250 peer-reviewed research papers. Significant advancements have also been made in infrastructure and laboratory facilities.

The new strategy comprises 8 strategic objectives, 19 initiatives, 86 projects, and 94 performance indicators, focusing on diverse aspects of academic and administrative enhancement. Key projects launched include a cybersecurity advisory office, an awareness platform, a smart chatbot, and an educational studio.

Participants emphasized the university's efforts to enhance educational and research quality and align its output with labor market demands. The event concluded with the recognition of state leaders, who were honored with university shields.
