Hajjah: Hajjah Governor Hilal Al-Sufi, accompanied by Deputy Governors Mohammed Al-Qadhi and Nabil Al-Jarb, conducted an inspection on the level of employee attendance and discipline in several service offices across the governorate on the first official working day following the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Al-Sufi, along with Director of the Civil Service Office Dahyan Al-Qadhi, reviewed attendance levels at the Health Office. They received a briefing from the office director, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahlani, regarding the office's future plans for improving citizen services and the achievements made in the past period.
During visits to the Cleaning and Improvement Fund and the local branch of the Electricity Corporation, Al-Sufi was briefed by Fund Director Hamzah Sharaf, Deputy Electricity Director Hamid Murad, and Administrative Director Khaled Hamid. They discussed measures to expand services in various districts, the challenges faced, and efforts to address them.
Governor Al-Sufi also assessed employee attendance and discipline at the Economy, Industry, and Investment Office, with Director Mahmoud Wahban detailing recent activities related to price monitoring and addressing detected violations.
Deputy Governor Nabil Al-Jarb evaluated employee discipline at the Endowments, Public Works, and Telecommunications offices. He received updates from directors Mohammed Aishan and Mohammed Safi Al-Din, along with Deputy Telecommunications Director Ayman Nassar, on attendance levels and future work plans.
Simultaneously, Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Qadhi inspected attendance and discipline at the Local Water Corporation, the Social Affairs and Labor Office, the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions, and the Central Bank branch. He was briefed by directors including Water Corporation Director Ibrahim Sa'sa'ah and Insurance Authority Director Abdulwasi' Al-Mahtouri on performance during the previous period and future plans.
Throughout the visits, Al-Sufi, Al-Jarb, and Al-Qadhi praised the high level of commitment displayed by employees, emphasizing the need for enhanced efforts to improve performance and citizen services while strengthening resilience against aggression. Director of the Civil Service Office Dahyan Al-Qadhi highlighted the remarkable employee attendance across executive offices and administrative units, with committees deployed to prepare attendance reports based on presence records and attendance registers.
