Inspection of Employee Discipline and Performance in Shar’ab al-Rawnah, Taiz

Shar'ab al-rawnah: The Deputy Governor for Development Affairs, Abdulwase' al-Shamsi, inspected the level of employee discipline and performance at several executive offices and the cooperative society in Shar'ab al-Rawnah District. Deputy Governor al-Shamsi, accompanied by the District Director, Osama al-Qatabari, reviewed the progress of development plan projects and the mechanism for collecting resources in the district's executive offices and agencies. He emphasized the importance of adhering to regulations and coordinating efforts to improve services provided to citizens.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Governor stressed the necessity of involving elites and social figures in supporting cultural and awareness-raising work and contributing to charitable initiatives during the holy month of Ramadan. The Deputy Governor, Al-Shamsi, along with the Director General of the Directorate, the Deputy Director of the Social Affairs Office, Qaed Al-Nahal, and the Executive Director of the Cooperative Union branch in the governorate, Amer Al-Ahdal, also inspected the performance level at the Shar'ab Al-Rawna Agricultural Cooperative Society.

The visitors discussed with the association's president, Amin Al-Humaidi, and executive director, Ahmed Abdul Salam, along with several members of its administrative boards, the progress of community projects and initiatives in the agricultural and service sectors. They also discussed the importance of raising community awareness about the role of self-initiated projects in achieving local development and encouraging community members to actively participate.
