Islamic Jihad Honors Yemen Radio Stations with ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ Shields

Sana'a: The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine and its military wing, Al-Quds Brigades, honored Sana'a Radio - General Program and Sam FM for their efforts in supporting the Palestinian cause and fighters in Gaza.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Movement's representative in Sana'a, Ahmed Baraka, presented the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' shields to Abdulrahman Al-Humran, Head of the Sana'a Radio - General Program sector, and Hamoud Sharaf Al-Din, Director of Sam FM. This gesture was made in appreciation of the two stations' role in supporting the cause and the steadfast Palestinian resistance.

During the ceremony, the leaders of both stations expressed gratitude to the Islamic Jihad Movement for the honor, noting that it represents recognition for all staff members in the two radio outlets. They affirmed their unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their legitimate struggle to reclaim their land and establish an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.

Al-Humran and Sharaf Al-Din described this support as a religious and moral duty for all free media outlets, reflecting Yemen's firm and principled position in backing the Palestinian people and their resistance.

For his part, the Movement's representative in Sana'a praised the efforts of Sana'a Radio and Sam FM in supporting Palestine and its cause, and in exposing the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza and across Palestine. He expressed gratitude to both stations and their staff, wishing all media outlets continued success in exposing the violations and crimes of the occupation and the conspiracies involving some actors claiming to represent the Arab and Islamic nations.

He also commended the stance of the Yemeni people in all their components, especially the revolutionary leadership represented by Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, praying for success and rewards for his support for the struggle in Palestine.
