Hodeidah: The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights condemned today's Zionist terrorist aggression on Hodeidah province.

According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry reported that Zionist enemy aircraft launched a series of aggressive raids on Monday, targeting Al-Hodeidah port and several civilian areas in the province. The Ministry highlighted that this act exposes the aggressive nature of the Zionist entity, which extends its criminal plans beyond Yemen to Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria, as part of a broader Zio-American project aimed at subjugating the region's peoples.

The statement described the aggression as a new addition to the history of war crimes committed by the Zionist entity, violating international norms and laws, including the United Nations Charter and the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit targeting civilian facilities. The Ministry emphasized the catastrophic humanitarian consequences of striking Hodeidah port, a crucial channel for food and medicine to millions of Yemenis amid a prolonged blockade.

The Ministry held the international community and the United Nations, particularly the Security Council, accountable for their silence and complicity in the face of this and previous crimes that threaten global peace. It reaffirmed Yemen's right to defend its sovereignty against external threats.

The Ministry urged global human rights organizations and individuals to condemn the aggression, document the crime, and submit it to international courts to ensure accountability for war criminals, labeling it a full-fledged war crime.
