Al-hudaydah: The local authority and General Mobilization in Al-Hudaydah province launched today the events commemorating the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), under the slogan "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, at the preparatory event for the occasion, the Governor of the province, Abdullah Atifi, reviewed the significance of Yawm al-Wilayah and the importance of preparing the nation to restore its glories, starting from this pivotal milestone that established the phase after the death of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family).
He explained that Yawm al-Wilayah is one of the most important occasions through which everyone should return to the path of Imam Ali and adhere to his guardianship, noting that the nation must begin to change its paths and reality by embodying divine directives to emerge from fragmentation.
Atifi pointed to the importance of consolidating the values of loyalty according to correct Quranic concepts, culminating the greatness of the message brought by the Honorable Messenger (peace be upon him and his family) when he raised the hand of Imam Ali and said: "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
He praised the high awareness and faith-based spirit embodied by the people of Al-Hudaydah province, commending their active and honorable presence on this occasion and all national and religious occasions, which reflects their close connection to their faith-based identity and the path of the Ahl al-Bayt.
The event, attended by members of the House of Representatives and the Shura Council, the province's deputies for services affairs Mohammed Halisi, for culture and media Ali Qashr, the city square official Ali Kabari, directors of executive offices, military leaders, social figures, and scholars, featured choral segments and expressive poems.
