Launch of Training Program in International Computer Driving License for Ministry Employees

Sana'a: The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khalid Al-Huwali, has initiated a training program in the International Computer Driving License for employees of the Ministry of Civil Service. This program, conducted at the National Institute for Administrative Sciences, is financially supported by the Skills Development Fund.

According to Yemen News Agency, the 25-day program is designed to equip 40 employees with essential computer skills, including presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and internet usage. Minister Al-Huwali highlighted the significance of enhancing employee capabilities to align with digital transformation efforts and improve job performance. He stressed the importance of incorporating the latest technological advancements into the training curriculum.

Dr. Muhammad Al-Qatabri, Dean of the Institute, described the program as a crucial step towards developing digital skills among employees. Ali Al-Qasimi, Executive Director of the Skills Development Fund, emphasized that supporting such initiatives plays a vital role in boosting the efficiency of state employees.
