Mahwit: Employees and staff of the local water and sanitation corporation in Mahwit Governorate held a protest to condemn the American insults against the Holy Quran. Participants in the protest emphasized that the repeated and systematic insults against the Holy Quran are part of a hostile plan targeting Islam, Muslims, and their sacred symbols.
According to Yemen News Agency, the protestors expressed their dissatisfaction with what they perceive as a deliberate attack on their religious beliefs. The demonstration highlighted the concerns of the local community regarding the perceived disrespect towards Islam and its teachings.
