Al-tahrir: A military and popular march was held on Thursday in Al-Tahrir District, Capital Secretariat, to express readiness, mobilization, and support for the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations against Saudi Arabia and its military buildup. Participants marched through several streets and neighborhoods before holding an armed rally outside the Capital Secretariat building, denouncing what they described as Saudi aggression and calling for continued mobilization to end the blockade and aggression.
According to Yemen News Agency, the participants condemned the Saudi airstrike on the Central Prison in Al-Hazm city, Al-Jawf Governorate, which they said resulted in the deaths and injuries of 39 inmates and visitors. A statement issued at the rally reaffirmed support for the Yemeni Armed Forces and called for maintaining the policy of 'blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation' until the blockade is lifted and what it described as Yemen's legitimate rights are restored.
The statement also emphasized the importance of preserving internal unity and reaffirmed Yemen's support for the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people.
