The centers of the late sheikh mohsen abu nashtan in arhab district organized a mass festival celebrating the mawlid al-nabawi:abawi, attended by the former Minister of State, the Head of the Zakat Authority, the Deputy of the Endowments Authority, and local and tribal leaders.
According to Yemen News Agency, the festival featured folk performances, heritage segments, and chants in praise of the Prophet. Speakers emphasized that the celebration embodies the love and loyalty of the Arhab tribe to the Prophet, and the need to strengthen the values of cooperation, charity, and emulation of him. They highlighted the significance of the occasion in reinforcing dignity, honor, and patience.
They also pointed to the role of early Yemenis in spreading Islam, and criticized those who trivialize the Mawlid celebration while celebrating trivial matters. Participants renewed their covenant and allegiance to God, His Messenger, and the leadership, affirming their commitment to mobilization for participation in the central event at Al-Sabeen Square tomorrow, Tuesday.
