Sa'ada: Sa'ada governorate on Friday witnessed massive public rallies in the governorate's capital and districts under the slogan "Commemorating the Martyrdom of Imam Zaid, peace be upon him, and Supporting the Armed Forces' Statement."

According to Yemen News Agency, during a massive rally in the governorate's capital, participants chanted slogans affirming their steadfast support for all the free people of the Jihad and Resistance axis, and slogans denouncing Jews, Christians, and hypocrites, while emphasizing the continuation of the escalation and general mobilization to end the aggression and the blockade.

They affirmed their commitment to following the path of Imam Zaid bin Ali, in the revolution against tyranny and rising up against the oppressors and the arrogant, regardless of their power and might, and regardless of the sacrifices required, emulating the ally of the Quran, Imam Zayd.

A statement issued by the Sa'dah marches affirmed, "Our connection as a Muslim nation to our history and symbols is a bond of faith, and our demonstrations express our connection to the symbols of the Quran, the beacons of guidance, such as Imam Zayd, whose revolution was an extension of the revolution of his grandfather, Imam Hussein, and of the true Muhammadan faith."

The statement indicated that Imam Zaid's movement and uprising were centered on the Book of God, both in word and deed. This is something the nation must consider in order to be guided by the Quran and to take a stand against those who insult the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad. The nation should also draw from Imam Zayd's revolution the important lessons it needs today in its struggle against America, Israel, and their allies.

The statement emphasized the importance of everyone learning from Imam Zayd's example of insight, the greatness of jihad in the path of God, and martyrdom. It also highlighted the depravity of falsehood and its adherents, who mutilated Imam Zaid's body, crucified him, burned him, and scattered his ashes upon him. Despite this, the traces of his killers have vanished, while the memory of Imam Zayd and his struggle remains for all generations.

He affirmed that the Quranic movement represents an extension of the authentic Muhammadan approach and the path of Imam Zaid in reviving and educating the nation and confronting the arrogant powers. He explained that the Yemeni people today are obligated to act to confront all those who target them with malice, and that their stance should be characterized by insight, a readiness for sacrifice, and an understanding of the necessity to act to lift the injustice inflicted upon the people and the nation.

The statement issued by the marches called upon the people of the nation to take a stand against the enemies' targeting of holy sites, emphasizing the principled position regarding the Palestinian cause and people and the endeavor to save them, as well as the unwavering stance towards the brothers in the axis of jihad and resistance, and standing with the oppressed in Bahrain, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, and all other Islamic countries.

It announced its support for the bold step taken by the Islamic Republic in breaking the siege on Sana'a International Airport, affirming its support for the statement of the Yemeni Armed Forces and that Yemen will not stand idly by in the face of the enemy's occupation, siege, and conspiracies against the people.

The statement also emphasized the consolidation of the unity of the battlefields and full cooperation and coordination with the axis of resistance from Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, and Yemen, and readiness to confront any escalation.

It noted the continuation of the general mobilization and comprehensive readiness in various fields, the opening of training and qualification centers for military mobilization courses, and various mobilization activities, including demonstrations, tribal gatherings, maneuvers, and others.
