Al-dhale': The districts of Damt, Al-Hasha, Qa'atabah, and Juban in Al-Dhalea governorate witnessed large mass rallies on Friday to mark the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr and express solidarity with Iran and Lebanon in confronting what participants described as US-Zionist aggression.

According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rallies, led in Al-Hasha by Acting Al-Dhale' Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shaghadari and in Damt by the governorate's mobilization official Ahmed Al-Marani, chanted slogans affirming their adherence to the path of jihad and the continuation of escalation against American and Zionist dominance. They rejected attempts to target Muslims in Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine.

The participants emphasized the importance of commemorating Islamic occasions such as the Battle of Badr and the Conquest of Mecca, noting that these events link the past with the present and connect Islamic history with the current reality of the Muslim nation. They described the anniversary of the Battle of Badr as a spiritual and jihadist milestone that revives values of dignity, patience, and steadfastness, reinforcing meanings of sacrifice and confidence in Allah's promise in confronting modern tyrants.

Residents of Al-Dhale' affirmed their full readiness for jihad and for defending religion, land, and honor, while supporting the causes of the Muslim nation. They condemned what they described as American and Zionist crimes against the peoples of the region, reiterating solidarity with the Iranian, Iraqi, and Lebanese peoples, and affirming their commitment to defending the rights of Muslims.

A statement issued by the rallies said the mobilization stems from an Islamic, moral, and value-based duty aimed at preserving the dignity and success of the nation in this world and the hereafter, carrying the banner of Islam against what it called the tyrants of the era among American and Israeli Zionists. The statement noted that the rallies also commemorate the blessed anniversary of the 'Day of Furqan,' the Battle of Badr, reaffirm support for the Muslim Iranian people, their Islamic system, and declare full readiness to confront any developments while continuing support for the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and the oppressed across the Muslim world.

The statement congratulated the Islamic nation on the anniversary of the Battle of Badr, describing it as a key moment in the nation's history that demonstrates the inevitable triumph of truth over falsehood regardless of the imbalance in material capabilities. It renewed a pledge of commitment to Allah and His Messenger and affirmed steadfastness on the path of jihad as commanded in the Qur'an, with confidence in the divine promise of victory.

It also reiterated what it described as a principled and faith-based stance against global Zionism, its allies, including the United States and Israel, as well as Western governments supporting them, stressing continued preparation across all fields to confront and defeat them. The statement affirmed that participants remain fully prepared and ready for escalation and military action should developments require it, describing the confrontation as a battle for the entire nation against what it called the 'Greater Israel' project.

The statement further reiterated support for the Iranian people, their Islamic system, their army, and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, as well as Hezbollah, praising what it described as their heroic operations against Israeli targets, U.S. bases in the region, and the actions of Iraqi resistance groups. The statement also called on Arab and Islamic governments hosting foreign forces to expel those bases and reconsider their policies, warning against involvement in conflicts alongside Israel.

Finally, it urged the peoples of the Muslim world to raise awareness of the dangers facing the region and to take serious action to confront them while relying on Allah's promised support for the righteous.
