Sana'a: Teams 22 May and Shaab Sana'a have officially secured their place in the Second Division after decisive victories in the fourth and penultimate round of the Second Division playoffs. 22 May triumphed over Fath Dhamar, while Shaab Sana'a delivered a dominant performance against Ahli Al-Hodeidah.

According to Yemen News Agency, the match at Al-Wahda Stadium saw 22 May assert their dominance early on, defeating Fath Dhamar 2-0. Captain Aref Thabet led the way with a remarkable header, igniting the crowd and giving his team a lead that held through the first half. Despite a crowd scuffle that nearly escalated, the game remained competitive with both teams attacking fiercely. Abdeljalil Nejad's goal in the second half secured the victory for 22 May, ensuring their stay in the Second Division.

In another crucial match, Shaab Sana'a confirmed their survival with a resounding 5-1 victory over Ahli Al-Hodeidah. Capitalizing on their opponents' disorganized lineup, Shaab's young players dominated the game. Hamed Waheed scored twice, while captain Alaa Awsha, Omar Rashad, and Mohammed Al-Dahi also added to the tally. Ahli's only goal came from a penalty executed by Ahmed Dabashi, sealing their relegation fate.

Meanwhile, Azal maintained their hopes of remaining in the Second Division with a 2-0 win against Shabab Al-Mahwit at 22 May Stadium. Under coach Hamir Al-Masri, goals from Adnan Al-Sharif and Mohammed Al-Shami kept Azal's chances alive for the final round.
