According to Yemen News Agency, the center's weather bulletin indicates that clear and cold weather is expected during the night and early morning in the governorates of Sa'dah, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, Al-Bayda, northern Ibb, and the highlands of Lahj and Abyan.
