Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed Tuesday at 5772.80 points, marking an increase of 62.4 points or 1.09 percent compared to the previous trading session's close of 5710.38 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 57,207,104 Omani rials, reflecting a 57.7 percent rise compared to the previous session's value of 36,285,582 Omani rials. The daily report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted that the market capitalization experienced a rise of 0.339 percent compared to the previous trading day, reaching approximately 31.78 billion Omani rials.
Non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 5 million and 628 thousand Omani riyals, constituting 9.84 percent of the total, while non-Omani sales were recorded at 3 million and 698 thousand Omani riyals, making up 6.46 percent. The net non-Omani investment showed an increase of 1 million and 930 thousand Omani riyals, which constituted 3.37 percent.
