Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange “30” index closed at 5663.32 points on Monday, rising by 90 points (1.62%) compared to the last trading session which recorded 5573.28 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 54,895,017 Omani riyals, showing a 67.5% increase compared to the last trading session’s value of 32,773,540 Omani riyals. The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market value increased by 0.831% compared to the last trading day, reaching approximately 31.68 billion Omani riyals.
The purchase value by non-Omanis in the stock exchange reached 4,825,000 Omani riyals, representing 8.79%, while the sales value by non-Omanis reached 4,191,000 Omani riyals, representing 7.63%. The net investment by non-Omanis increased by 634,000 Omani riyals, representing 1.15%.
