Hodeida: Hodeida Governorate is witnessing widespread official and community mobilization to support and ensure the success of summer programs and courses. This is part of a comprehensive effort aimed at empowering future generations, equipping them with beneficial knowledge and skills, and building a generation armed with awareness and insight, capable of shouldering responsibility and facing various challenges.

According to Yemen News Agency, this mobilization reflects the level of attention given to summer programs by the general mobilization, local authorities, and the educational, youth, sports, and academic sectors. These programs are considered an important educational platform for cultivating awareness, strengthening faith-based identity, and developing the scientific, cultural, and practical skills of children and youth.

With the launch of summer programs and courses in various districts, a broad community engagement has emerged, manifested in strong support for the programs and active participation in their organization. This contributes to achieving the desired goals and solidifying the impact of these programs on the educational and social landscape. The governorate leadership, along with executive leaders and established committees, continues its field visits to summer programs to assess performance levels, the progress of activities, and student enrollment. These visits also aim to address needs and provide necessary support to ensure a conducive environment for the success of the summer programs.

The field visits by scholars and community leaders to summer programs across all districts provide significant moral support to students and teaching staff. These visits include lectures that instill faith-based and spiritual values in the hearts of children and youth.

The classrooms of summer schools in the eastern, southern, and northern districts, as well as the governorate's capital, are packed with thousands of students receiving intensive instruction in Quranic studies, Arabic language, the Prophet's biography, and Quranic culture. This comprehensive curriculum fosters a sense of belonging and loyalty.

The increasing participation in summer programs in both rural and urban areas reflects the great trust parents place in these educational institutions, viewing them as a safe haven to protect their children from all dangers and harmful ideologies. The field teams of the Education Sector and the Governorate's Summer Activities and Courses Subcommittee are continuously monitoring and evaluating performance levels to ensure the quality of educational outcomes and the successful and effective achievement of the goals set for these courses.

The volunteer teaching staff is making exceptional efforts to impart knowledge to students, setting a remarkable example of dedication and commitment to building a generation grounded in the Quran, one that carries the concerns of the nation and contributes to its advancement and prosperity.

The effective partnership in ensuring the success of this summer season is embodied in the pivotal role of the academic sectors at Hodeida University and the technical and vocational education and training institutions. They provide scientific activities and professional and technical programs that contribute to refining students' abilities and developing their practical and applied skills.

The creative side of Hodeida students is primarily evident in their competitions in memorizing, reciting, and reflecting upon the verses of the Holy Quran, in addition to cultural competitions in poetry, oratory, and drawing. These competitions reveal promising talents that herald a bright future for Yemen in various fields of literature, thought, and authentic Islamic culture. Agricultural and marine activities are an integral part of the summer program in Hodeida, connecting students to their productive environment and introducing them to farming and fishing methods to foster self-sufficiency and a connection to the land and its production.

A beautiful scene unfolds throughout the summer schools, embodying the finest examples of adherence to the Quranic approach. The voices of children, young people, and girls resonate with verses from the Holy Quran in a pure, faith-filled atmosphere. This reflects the fruits of the direct attention and generous care bestowed upon these educational institutions by the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, who considers them the cornerstone for building a generation proud of its faith-based identity and capable of leading the nation's revival.

The Governor of Hodeida, Abdullah Atifi, affirmed that the official and community mobilization witnessed in the governorate to support the summer programs reflects the collective awareness of the people of Tehama regarding the importance of fortifying the rising generations and equipping them with beneficial knowledge and sciences that build character and protect faith-based identity from the dangers of soft warfare and destructive ideologies. He explained that the local authority prioritizes the success of the summer courses, harnessing all available resources and overcoming obstacles to ensure that the educational and pedagogical message reaches every student in all districts. This contributes to preparing a strong generation, armed with awareness and insight, and capable of fulfilling its responsibilities towards its homeland and nation.

Atifi praised the pivotal role of parents in encouraging their children to participate in these courses, considering this high turnout a practical response to attempts at ignorance and a true embodiment of the Yemeni people's connection to the Holy Quran and to the revolutionary leadership, which gives special and exceptional attention to the youth sector.

Meanwhile, the First Deputy Governor and Head of the Sub-Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, Ahmed Al-Bashari, explained that this year's courses represent a qualitative leap in terms of organization and the diversity of programs, which include the Holy Quran, scientific, cultural, professional, and sports aspects. The aim is to refine students' talents and develop their creative abilities within a safe and stimulating educational environment.

He affirmed that the subcommittee is working diligently and in coordination with all relevant parties to ensure the precise and careful implementation of the curriculum and accompanying activities. He described these courses as bastions of awareness and platforms for building well-rounded individuals who embody the values of giving and generosity, and who take pride in their cultural heritage and rich history.

The head of the subcommittee noted that the positive engagement from the academic, educational, and professional sectors enhances the quality of the summer program's outcomes. He pointed out that the creativity and excellence displayed by the students today is a result of integrated efforts and a shared commitment to cultivating a generation grounded in the Quran, one that will actively contribute to building the nation's future and prosperity.
