Sana'a: On this day, March 8, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression targeted residential neighborhoods and infrastructure in a number of governorates, which led to the fall of martyrs and wounded and caused extensive destruction.

According to Yemen News Agency, on March 8, 2016, the aggression's warplanes targeted residential neighborhoods in areas such as Mablqa in Shabwah governorate and Midi in Hajjah governorate. Several raids were also conducted on Dhamran, Jabal Al-Haj, Mafraq Sharab, and the Old Airport area west of Taiz city. The following year, in 2017, the airstrikes continued with multiple raids in Saada governorate, including Al-Sabba, Jabal Mandaba, and Al-Baqa areas. The Saudi army also targeted the Al-Sheikh area in Monabbih district with missiles and artillery.

The pattern of aggression persisted in 2018 with airstrikes in various locations including Dahmash market in Zabid district in Al-Hudaydah governorate, poultry hangars in Al-Jarahi district, and Bedouin tents in Houth district in Amran governorate. Artillery shelling by the Saudi army led to casualties in Shada district in Saada governorate.

In 2019, the aggression resulted in the martyrdom of three citizens and injuries to nine others in the Maghribat Qarhsh area in Kushar district in Hajjah governorate. In Al-Hodeida governorate, mercenaries shelled citizens' farms and various areas, causing significant damage and civilian injuries.

The aggression continued into 2020 with bomb explosions in Al-Maslub district in Al-Jawf governorate, and airstrikes on Sirwah and Majzar districts in Marib governorate. In Al-Hodeida, mercenaries used Katyusha rockets and artillery shells to target residential areas.

In 2021, airstrikes and artillery shelling led to further casualties, including a girl who was martyred in Al-Nasiri area in Al-Tuhaita district. The aggression's warplanes launched multiple raids on Sirwah, Majzar, and Mahliyah districts in Marib governorate.

By 2022, the aggression showed no signs of abating. Saudi missile and artillery shelling resulted in multiple injuries in Shada district in Saada governorate. Airstrikes and artillery shelling continued across various districts including Kataf, Al-Ajashir, and Haradh.

In 2023, reconnaissance aircraft launched attacks on Hays district in Al-Hodeida governorate. The mercenaries continued to establish combat fortifications and shelled several areas with missiles, artillery, and various types of gunfire.
