Sanaa: An expanded meeting was held in Bani Al-Harith District in the Capital Sanaa to prepare for the month of Ramadan and implement its activities. The meeting aimed to emphasize the significance of Ramadan as a period for worship and social solidarity.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdulmajeed Al-Murtadha highlighted the importance of adhering to faith identity and Quranic culture during the holy month. He encouraged the community to use this time for acts of worship and to strengthen social bonds within the community.
Al-Murtadha also stressed the necessity of fortifying oneself with awareness to confront adversarial schemes, framing it as a "battle of awareness." He cited the anniversary of the "humiliating flight of the American Marines from Sana'a" as a testament to the Yemeni people's victory and the end of American dominance.
Furthermore, he reaffirmed the readiness for the upcoming battle with what he described as the American-Zionist enemy. He praised the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in supporting those oppressed in Palestine, underscoring the solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
