Sana'a: Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolence and sympathy on the death of Sheikh Ghaleb Mohammed Atifah, who passed away at the age of 87 after a life rich with service to the nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, the cable was sent to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni General Corporation for Cement Industry and Marketing, Sheikh Yahya Saleh Atifah, and the sons of the deceased - Faisal, Humair, and Mohammed. The President praised the late sheikh's virtues and his contributions to serving people, highlighting his prominent roles in reconciling disputes.
He expressed his sincere condolences and deep sympathy to Sheikh Yahya Atifah, the sons of the deceased, all the Atifah tribes, and the people of Al-Sawdah District in Amran Governorate.
