Hodeida: Public Prosecutor Judge Abdulsalam Al-Houthi inspected the status of prosecution offices on the West Coast, specifically in Hodeida and Taiz governorates, following the victories achieved by the armed forces in repelling the amassed Saudi enemy forces and their mercenaries.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the visit, Judge Al-Houthi was accompanied by the Heads of the Appeals Prosecution, Judge Amin Al-Qarni, and the Specialized Criminal Prosecution, Judge Ahmed Al-Shami. Al-Houthi extended congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution and the political leadership on the victories, which he stated embodied the people's will and steadfastness.
The Public Prosecutor reviewed the facilities, equipment, and records, issuing directives to promptly document all existing assets, case files, and associated decisions and procedures. He also ordered the immediate submission of a list of necessary requirements to resume operations, thereby reinforcing the state's presence and serving the citizens.
Judge Al-Houthi described the victories achieved by the armed forces as a morale booster for state institutions, emphasizing the role of the Public Prosecution in upholding justice and protecting rights. He stressed that the current period requires judicial and administrative personnel to uphold their national responsibilities.
The Public Prosecutor called for strengthening the rule of law, ensuring justice for citizens, and restoring confidence in judicial institutions. He paid tribute to the sacrifices made by the armed forces and security services and affirmed the need for the construction of strong and just institutions.
Judge Al-Houthi emphasized the necessity for coordination between judicial and security agencies to safeguard society against irregularities or violations, urging judicial personnel to draw inspiration from the steadfast spirit of the heroes on the front lines as they carry out their duties.
