Hajjah: Hajjah University, in coordination with the University Student Forum, organized today a solidarity march in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza. Participants in the march, led by University President Dr. Mohammed Al-Khaled and the University's Secretary-General Nasser Al-Asimi, chanted slogans affirming loyalty and adherence to the Muhammadan path, while condemning the massacres and the crimes of genocide and starvation committed daily by the Zionist enemy against their brothers and sisters in Gaza.
According to Yemen News Agency, the participants denounced the silence of the international community and the Arab and Islamic inaction toward the Zionist crimes against the people of Gaza. University affiliates reaffirmed their steadfast principled stance in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza, following the example of the Great Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, in defending the oppressed.
A statement issued by the march held the international community, the United Nations, and Arab and Islamic countries responsible for allowing the Zionists to persist in committing further atrocities in Gaza. It also affirmed Yemen's unwavering position alongside Gaza, Palestine, and the holy sites, and reiterated continued support for the resistance, which makes the greatest sacrifices in defense of the entire nation.
The statement renewed rejection of the Zionist project, stressing the grave and real danger it poses to the nation.
