Ramadan Educational Evening Celebrates Student Creativity and Faith-Based Values in Al-Safiya District

Al-safiya: The Educational District of Al-Safiya in the Capital Secretariat organized a Ramadan educational evening on Thursday for students of Awsan neighborhood schools in the district.

According to Yemen News Agency, Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance Waleed Faye expressed pride and appreciation for the students' skills and creativity, which reflect the culture, awareness, and sound upbringing of the emerging generation rooted in the values of the Holy Qur'an and faith-based identity. He emphasized the importance of the education sector's role in implementing and benefiting from the Ramadan program to enhance community awareness of the values and teachings of the Holy Qur'an, deepen the spirit of brotherhood, tolerance, reinforce principles of solidarity, and improve performance in the workplace.

The evening was attended by Chairman of the Rural Electricity Authority Board, Eng. Abduljabbar Al-Shami, and the district's mobilization official, Abdullah Al-Ma'afa. Director of the Educational District in Al-Safiya, Abdullah Al-Ma'akhithi, highlighted the importance of educators' participation in community building and awareness, and in embracing the spiritual atmosphere of the holy month. He called for continued mobilization and engagement in the Ramadan program and activities, charitable initiatives, and Qur'an study circles accompanying the Ramadan educational program, praising the level of participation by students, school administrations, and educational mobilization committees in the district.

Meanwhile, student Yahya Al-Hamli, speaking on behalf of students from model schools and mosques in Al-Safiya District, addressed the virtues of the holy month, describing it as a month of striving, seeking guidance from Allah, performing righteous deeds, and taking serious action based on the Qur'anic approach, while strengthening social solidarity and compassion.
