Sana'a: Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights Judge Ibrahim al-Shami met with Major General Ismail al-Mu'ayyad, the Head of the Ministry's Rehabilitation and Reform Authority, to discuss the reorganization of the Authority, the preparation of its bylaws, and the establishment of its institutional structure.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was also attended by Judge Khalid al-Baghdadi, Head of the Ministry's Technical Office, Judge Abdulrahman al-Barghashi, Head of the Real Estate Registry and Documentation Authority, and his deputy, Judge Mohammed al-Na'ami. The Deputy Minister explained that the reorganization follows a presidential decree mandating these changes. The efforts aim to complete the organizational structure, define tasks and responsibilities, and distribute powers and duties based on clear legal and administrative principles.
Judge al-Shami highlighted the necessity of preparing an organizational charter that includes the department's responsibilities, sectors, and divisions. This charter will coordinate with other ministry departments and relevant entities, streamlining operational procedures, eliminating administrative overlaps, and enhancing administrative and technical performance efficiency. He emphasized that the organizational structure should accurately reflect the department's tasks in rehabilitation and reform, based on a practical vision that strengthens institutional discipline and enables effective and systematic performance.
Major General Ismail al-Mu'ayyad presented the department's key organizational and administrative needs, initial proposals for the organizational structure and responsibilities, and the focus areas for the upcoming phase to ensure a seamless transition within the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
